Hi Anderl, Performance unterliegt leider auc den Regeln der Spannungsbögen, da irrtest du leider. wenn ich auf der bühne musik mache, was ja paerformance ist dann baue ich sehrwohl spannungsbögen auf und löse sie letzendlich wieder auf. das ist das, was die gänsehaut erzeugt. Ich bin sehr stolz dich zu kennen und bewundere es wie du dein leben inszinierst. Aber als kleiner Tip von mir, du musst dich für deine Kunst und Leben als Künstler nicht rechtfertigen, vor nichts und niemanden, außer vielleicht vor dir selbst. Jan 10 ist ja klassentrefffen, da feier ich mit meinen kollegen rein, denn am 3. hab ich ja geburtstag. Sobald die aufnahmne fertig sind schicke ich mp3s zu und veröffentliche es natürlich auch auf meinem Facebook. Da witzige an dem Song ist ich habe ihn geträumt. Als ich aufwachte habe ich ihn vor mich hingesungen und bin wieder eingeschlAFEN: ALSO nix aussergewöhnliches. dann habe ich den song wieder vergessen, so passierte das schon oft. aber diesmal ist er mir wieder eingefallen, zum erstenmal. hätte ich alle geträumten songs auf cd hätte ich wahrscheinlich schon zwei best of alben beim müller stehen, neben Bon Jovi. na ja, aber mit dem song klappt es vielleicht, es ist wie schon ein weiser mann nahmens dieter bohlen sagte, wenn du es in der musik schaffts ist es wie ein sechser im lotto, das hat nichts mit talent zu tun.

Well, we did it! Thank all of you great people for your works of art and you´re beauty as people. It´s been an inspiring and difficult process the last few weeks, (and months,) and it´s not over yet. I hope we all learned a lot this time, I did, and that a lot of new work comes out of the festival. Such good performances, you can´t beat the diversity of what we collectively achieved. Well, lets ask instead what the others are doing, that is to say, those who are not performing Who is our public? Some, for example, carry a Kino with them in the form of a laptop and disappear into the world of their movie. How does one want to ____appear in public? How does a group want to___appear in public? Is there a collective? Is it possible? The collaborators of the Open Space Performunion have very little in common with one another in the themes and forms of our individual works, or in the mediums with which we work. One thing which we certainly do have in common, is that we all live in the same city, Berlin, but come, in fact, from very different geographical and linguistic points on the map, and have from time to time, some kind of magnetic need for each other’s capacities as artists, and to mix our individual creations together in a kind of alchemist’s vessel. Again and again, to exercise the necessity of attempting to “appear” in public space, And to give evidence to the collective spirit, to give visible form to the experience stored in the cells of the collective body. We are equally adept at working alone, but through the act of collaborating we throw ourselves into a situation, which enables us to more easily break out of our usual tendencies, and to engage in risk together and cross over our borders. The uniting interest is certainly a fascination with, and a dedication to handcraft and the continual search for challenging forms and unexpected juxtapositions. When we work together, we give importance to the “telling of the story” in any form, and are not afraid of “the theatrical” or of the incorporation of text, in fact, we rigorously integrate all of the diverse skills and histories which we possess individually or as a collective. It has been a lot of work for all of us, all of you people in these fabulous pages and in the building of the exceptional collective exhibition, like michael Steger said, " a landscape". Michael, Elo, "Hut ab!" I feel honored and priviligd to be in this site with such great artists. Elo, I miss my Artistic statement, Steger dosen´t take this text seriously but I do. Hallo ihr Lieben, bin als letzter aus Estland zurück gekehrt und ich viel in Ehrfahrung gebracht! Auch ist mir wieder klar geworden wofür Kunst und Kunst machen steht und welche Verantwortung man der Gesellschaft gegenüber hat. Es beginnt mit dem Respekt und dem Wille, sowie mit einer absoluten, unvoreingenommenen Freundlichkeit. Nach einem Bewegungsworkshop von Philip Brehse merkte ich wieder wie schön es ist seinen Körper zu Bewegen, Wahr zunehmen, zu spüren. Darüber hinaus hat es mir viel Spaß gemacht. Die Leute von Non Grata waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Alle. Andreas

Viele Grüsse aus Pärnü. Open Space Performunion ist am 2. und 4. Juni in der Kunstihoone in Tallin aufgetreten und ich selbst wurde zwei mal beerdigt (zum Ende der Performance) und mit Löwenzahn und Ahorn bepflanzt. Es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis eine Zeit zu ruhen und zu meditieren und dann das Leben wieder neu zu beginnen und in die freudigen Gesichter der Menschen zu schauen, die einen wieder ausbuddeln. Auch traten wir am 3. Juni in der Culture factory mit 4 solo performances auf. Jetzt haben wir drei Tage Zeit weitere Ideen zu erarbeiten und zu proben um am 9. Juni in den alten Schlammbädern (old mud baths) in Pärnü Teil des Performance festivals zu sein. Das ist ein Performance - marathon der uns alle ganz klar an unsere künstlerischen und körperlichen Grenzen treibt. Könnte mir jemand Elo*s email-Adresse mitteilen?
